Album Review: Post Animal - Forward Motion Godyssey

Forward Motion Godyssey is the second sophomore full-length studio album by American Psychedelic rock/Progressive pop band Post Animal, It was released on February 14, 2020. honestly, this is one of the best albums I've heard in years. It's the intersection where huge ambition and tons of talent meet. This new record definitely takes multiple listens to all the way through to appreciate their inventive and unique sound. this one has a very cool feel, almost like you are listening to a sci-fi old-time film soundtrack, sets their experiential questioning to a fiercely kinetic heavy sound with a psychedelic rock element, Extracting inspiration from genres as dissimilar as electronic and psych-rock, The production of the sound and the way it is draped and layered it sounds distant and feels like Rush & Genesis early work from the 1970s & Also reminds me of Tame Impala as well. The way it melts your mind as you listen. Sober or under the influence this is a well-mastered piece of music. I believe in Post Animal future and I wish them the best in their later success. I believe if they continue with their creativity and great productions, you won't be disappointed, I rate this album 10/10.Album Review: Post Animal - Forward Motion Godyssey | Consequence of Sound
