Limbo is seventeen studio full-length album by the Dutch gothic rock band Clan of Xymox, It was released on July 23, 2021. Legendary goth rock band Clan of Xymox returns with a stunning new album. As 2020 saw the world shut down, and Clan of Xymox unable to tour, the band began crafting new material, influenced by the pandemic. Limbo is a triumph of modern goth rock, expanding the signature Clan of Xymox sound to create a captivating take on this moment in our history. Dark & intimate, It has made the act adored around the world. Unsettling because the record strongly echoes the New wave and sounds like a celebration that renunciates its splendor. I realized this band was the origin of that genre known as "Darkwave." Darkwave is goth music but with less of a rock angle and more emphasis placed upon melody or ambiance. A beautiful well-put album by our beloved darkwave band known as clan of xymox. The melancholic vocals and dark goth beats they put together is truly splendid. I rate this record 10/10.

Album Review: Tears For Fears - The Tripping Point

The Tripping Point  is the seventh studio full-length album by the English band Tears For Fears, It was released on February 25, 2022.  Tears for Fears is not a band I thought I would be listening to new material from, but they deliver a record that is a masterful example of balancing assimilation of modern techniques and trends into their music and maintenance of their original synth-pop 80’s style. As a fan of their classic albums and especially their hot singles from then, some of which remain to be some of the greatest pop hits of modern music, I enjoy that this album preserves their original sound whilst taking advantage of new technologies. Usually, when artists of their period release new music, it sounds extremely dated. This album breaks away from that and is both refreshing and nostalgic. I rate this album 8/10. Album Review: Twin Tribes - Ceremony

Ceremony is the second studio album by Darkwave Brownsville , Texas  Duo, Twin Tribes. The album was released on December 13, 2019. The first single Heart & Feather off of the second studio album titled "Ceremony". T his new album is practically flawless, Dare I say, it is 'mature' and full-bodied in resonate and atmosphere. To my ears, an exquisite combination of post-punk, coldwave, and darkwave. In fact, I would say it transcends there genre labels and a great collection of songs. Highly recommend, don't sleep on this composition. Their Music is Haunting,  it's darker, deeper in pitch and melancholy it feels less cheesy, more serious & sincere like it comes from a heart that's dead but still beating. I rate this album 10/10.
