Album Review: King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - L.W.

L.W. is the seventeenth studio full-length album by Australian rock band King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, It was released on February 26, 2021. Rock group that's almost like chameleon every other album of theirs completely changes their style, always trying some new. King Gizzard returns with the sister microtonal trilogy album to the great and more approachable K.G. with a monumental bang to solidify their mantle as one of the original great bands of our time. It’s an absolute smash hit composition that’s going to be up there in the best albums of 2021. I love the simplicity of a good rock hook, the catchy melodic prog heavy metal world fusion anthems, yet this is compelling musicianship at its best. reminds us that rock must be propositive and colorful, rock hasn't died, and this record proves it. Think crunchy guitars, crashing cymbals, and high-octane energy that will set the stage alight when played live again. but this is a sensational and versatile discography collection of work from King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. If you are expecting to rock out, then you will be excited to hear this record. Influenced by good variety of bands, I highly recommend it. I rate this 10/10.
