Album Review: Cornershop - England is a Garden

England is a garden is the ninth full-length studio album by British rock band Cornershop, it was released on March 6, 2020. The opening track "St. Marie Under Canon" is a complete catchy earworm of a tune, and mixes genres like good fusion potNo Rock Save in Rock n Roll" revisits the Glam Rock genre stomp of T Rex. What a pleasure to discover this new record. And even cooler to discover that it's amazing, I found this by accident on youtube, Ironic that we have all the music at our fingertips now, and I had no idea this existed. it's extremely poppy, with some loud fuzzy guitars riffs and more than a few interesting hooks and a fusion of musical influences, experimentation, and excellent songwriting add up to a sound all of their own, I highly recommend this record, Cornershop's music is a fusion of Indian music, indie rock, alternative dance, If you like this music, this band is influenced by Velvet Underground, The Hollies, The Kinks, Rolling Stones and T Rex, etc. I rate this album 8/10.
