Album Review: Fievel Is Glauque - God's Trashmen Sent to Right the Mess

God's Trashmen Sent to Right the Mess is the debut full-length album by Belgium Jazz Group Fievel Is Glauque, It was released on January 1, 2020. One of the most exciting releases so far this year. This record plays out like memorabilia of fascinating bossa nova jazz elements and pop ideas, coating these songs with flavors of lounge, jazz, indie rock, and bedroom pop. the low-fidelity sensibilities of this album are perfect, and each song's production is done rather flawlessly. the vocals and lyrics are impeccable as well. Abundantly rich in aesthetic, and yet it comes off feeling lighthearted and organic. the complexity of the melody theme and the tempos vary greatly, which keeps you on your toes, a highly original, highly catchy, urban feeling rainy night jazz relaxed ambiance. also, remind me of Serge Gainsbourg, Stan Getz, Jane Birkin & Francoise Hardy,  I highly recommend this album if you enjoy bossa nova, and ye-ye music genre, I rate this 10/10.
