Album Review: The Chats - High Risk Behaviour

High-Risk Behaviour is the debut full-length album by Australian punk band The Chats, it was released on March 27, 2020, this new debut album tells a raw cohesive story about the punk lifestyle, it's raw, catchy, and not overproduced. Aussie punk rockers avoid solemnity on a crude yet striking throwback punk record. The Chats are a pub-punk shed-rock band from Queensland, Australia. They began playing together in high school, releasing their debut self-titled EP a month away from graduating in 2016 and until the band had a viral hit with the music video for their song "Smoko", which racked in millions of views on Youtube in a couple of days, quickly becoming a viral hit and drawing attention. The Chats have become notorious for their loud and chaotic live shows and their zero aggressive punk attitude. it adds credence to my belief that musical chunder from down under is a thing of the past, I highly recommend this record who loves punk rock music, I rate this 10/10.
